How long will it take my order to be made?

We print and dispatch within 3 working days of payment clearing for regular orders. Normally quicker! 

Where are my items printed?

All items are finished and printed in our workshop in Northern Ireland, this ensures every item is quality ensured before dispatch. We are also proud to say all our suppliers are UK based. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! For UK and Ireland orders shipping is £3.99, £4.99 for Europe and £11.99 for America. 

How will my order be sent to me? 

Standard orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Large orders and bulky orders may be sent by courier at our discretion.

What if I need an item really quickly? 

Simply add this to the 'Notes to Seller' box at checkout and we will see what we can do!

My order has been dispatched and I have not received this what can I do?

Please check that the address and postal code that you have supplied us with. If it is not correct please get in contact and we will get this sorted for you.

How do I care for my personalised garments?

All our print methods are very durable but do need to be looked after carefully. When washing we advise you to wash the garments inside out at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry, and iron on the inside with a cool iron.

Can I have a discount if I order in bulk?

Yes! We are very competitive with our quotes if you are ordering 10 or more items ask for a quote!
